Open the Windows Event Viewer and navigate to Windows Logs -> Application. If not, there’s one more thing you can check. Hopefully at this point, you’ve isolated the cause of the problem. Disable any third-party add-ins and re-enable them one at a time, all the while testing Outlook between each step to determine which add-in is causing the problem.
